eXcelon® technology is Teledyne’s patented CCDenhancement process that provides dramatically improved quantum efficiency (QE) across a wavelength range of 350 to 1100 nm, with the best near-infrared (NIR) etalonsuppression technology available. The traces (below) show the dramatic improvement in QE provided by eXcelon technology.
