High-Speed Real-Time X-Ray Imaging
Shad-o-Scan detectors provide high speed imaging and have among the highest dynamic range in the industry, featuring state-of-the-art 14-bit digitization which allows for X-ray imaging at diminishingly low dose levels. Our unique industrial-grade X-ray conversion stack effectively eliminates imaging artifacts associated with image lag and gain hysteresis.
Durable and Powerful
- Shad-o-Scan is reliable and power-efficient, satisfying a wide range of imaging requirements with built-in flexibility on controlling the imaging mode and configuring the X-ray sensor.
- Requiring only 20 Watts at full speed operation, the Shad-o-Scan detector has no need for external active cooling, reducing cost and maintenance concerns on the system level.
- The Shad-o-Scan detectors contain internal shielding to protect the sensor and camera electronics from x-ray radiation.
- The cameras are optimized for the 10-160 kV energy range, but may be used with x-ray energies as high as 225 kV.
Digital TDI Functionality
Digital Time Delay Integration (D-TDI) technology offers the possibility to increase the sensitivity and enhance the contrast resolution of the Shad-o-Scan product for industrial demanding applications.
